You'd think STA could recruit a better goalie...

Was thinking the same thing. Lyon would have been a good addition

These Warroad refs are funny.

Yes, but the STA player could have gotten a goaltender interference call as well.

Vanelli is going to kill someone.

Absolutely absurd that no penalty shot was called...the official was right on the play too. Just awful.

Right after Vanelli was yelling, STA gets a penalty.
His face was priceless.

The refs really missed that one. Definitely should have been a penalty shot.

It appears the refs have chosen their favorite team.

Two calls that were huge impacts in the game not going for the Cadets- a goaltender interference call and a penalty shot (that is absurd that they did not call that). The trainer should give the saint thomas coach some bayer aspirin cause he looks like he is going to have a heard attack over these calls.

Did anyone think it would be a score like it is already going into the 3rd?

I knew it would be close, but the other way around.

Maybe not as many goals I think everyone thought it was going to be close. Hermantown is very good.

Does the STA player in the crease make it a no call?

These refs are notorious for their make-up calls. They will return the favor.

No I don't think so. If the puck is in the crease, the player can be in the crease, right?

I hated it when they were reffing my teams section 8 games, but don't mind them screwing over the private schools a bit and helping out a northern team

Big scrum can make it hard to find the puck but it should have been a penalty shot. They said at intermission that the refs can't review that play. Wish they could.

I think so as long as it isn't interference.

Hermantown looks pretty slow to the start.
