You should probably put this year's 2-0 record in there as well. Also if you go back 10 years, 15 years, even 20 years, statistically, it gets far worse for 1AA. Heck, you have to back to 1995 to get a quarterfinal win prior to 2007 and that should have an asterik because it was against White Bear Lake
prior to that it was Burnsville with a quarterfinal win in 1991.
Point is 1AA isn't as bad as it was and equal to most sections but people still remember the teams from the stretch between 1993 and 2007 and use that as a basis for teams today. You could ask 100 people on this bored what has been the weakest section at state the last 5 years and I bet 1AA would be the far and away highest vote getter, though it's 5AA and it's not close.

OK wings, you just go put your butt up against that boards right here by the top of the face off circle. And De, when you get to the puck, just shoot it as hard as you can around the boards.

At one point in this thread there were some pretty big accusations made about certain people from north. So bad that I believe that it was removed. To keep this thread open I will leave it at that. Thanks and sorry to bother you
