As if people needed any more ammo for hoping Forest Lake gets skated off the ice in the quarters.

CEC without Thomas Porter, Dane Stoyanoff, and Gavin Rasmussen the remainder of the year. 😳

Congratulations Grand Rapids starting to play good hockey and fun to watch they went to sleep for a few minutes after going up 4-0 but calmed down and won the hockey game. They are going to be a very dangerous team the next 2-3 years.

Yep! Andover, Duluth East, Grand Rapids fighting for the section. CEC and the rest fighting for table scraps.

I thought Porter and Stoyanoff have been out all year? What happened with Rasmussen?

Ol' DJ is on it with the rapidly declining bunch they are on 3 game win streak. For that team to make a semi final Saturday would be huge accomplishment to team and coaches. Tall order indeed playing CEC on their home ice but at this stage it's a possibility. Cannot rule out CEC despite the injuries they still have some talented goal scoring and will be tough at home playoffs.
Elks with shot to knock out Flake for trip to semi Saturday.
Randover
Hounds
Elky / Flake
CEC/Rapidly

Nice! I’m working so I’m not there tonight? Is rasmussen playing?

Where do you get your information from? Porter hasn’t played all year and is the team manager. Stoy made his season debut tonight and Rasmussen is in the line up.

He doesn't. He's just throwing stuff against the wall to see the reaction.

Not that it matters just kinda curious , Rapids has got within 6 points of forest lake in the QRF ,if they beat or tie Hermantown wouldn’t they grab the 5?

It was so nice to hear that Stoyanoff and Rasmussen we’re back in the lineup tonight vs. Hermantown. And looking at the QRF, it will most likely be Grand Rapids coming to Cloquet for a Quarterfinal matchup. Flake vs. Elk in the 4/5. All the very best to my purple Lumberjacks in the 7AA section playoffs. I want it so bad for this team.

I’ve seen Cloquet play 4 times & tonight was the best I’ve seen them play. They were fast & gritty. And the first team I’ve seen shutdown Biondi & Pierce all season...I wouldn’t want to play them starting next Tuesday ☝️

Based on QRF today GR would be the 4 seed as they are within 6.3 points of both FL and ER and have the best section record of the three. All this may change by 2/15.

Head to head is 1st tiebreaker and they lost to ER so Rapids will not be ahead of Elk.

Roseville vs Forest Lake at Forest Lake 7:00 PM
Grand Rapids vs Hermantown at Hermantown 7:30 PM
Elk River at AC Wings

Not 100% sure of the mechanics of QRF but these three games should decide the 4 5 6 seeds tonight.

Yes they will. I think if Flake and Elk win and GR loses then we’ll see ER 4 flake 5 rapids 6. But if rapids can get a W tonight we might see ER 4 GR 5 flake 6

This will be Hermantown’s last game against an AA opens the for the year so they will want to make a statement. I don’t think it does anything really significant for an AA team when playing an A team, In QRF. It’s fun to speculate, though.

Doesn't help your QRF playing single A teams.

Does it drop you if you lose to a Single A team, or does it just do nothing?

It will help because Htown is #13 overall QRF. So a win would help
