People see The Blessed Virgin on walls and vegetables and stuff and now the Trojan emblem appears on Mother Angelica.

The sick and crippled should travel to Wayzata High School ....which is in Plymouth, to pray at the shrine and be cured. The whole place is a shrine so any where will do.

If the Brainerd Warriors make it to The Hump, have the fans bring down some of those augratins from Bar Harbor, would yah?
They are playing some very inspired ball right now, and I would gladly bring you down and order or two!

Allright.

A couple of very dry Martinis from Ivan's would hit the spot too.

I'll skip the pine needles, but save some of the world renown Bar Harbor Au Gratins for me.

Cretin really struggled (at home) against a mediocre Lakeville North team tonight 26-18. I'd be very suprised if the Raiders season lasts beyond next week, maybe Cretin just had an off night though. Still I think there's Eden Prairie then there's everyone else.

National rankings pit Eden Prairie only one slot ahead of Cretin.

I think its EP and CDH.

CDH may have struggled in the second half but they did win. I mean we are down to the last 8 teams so expecting a blowout isnt realisitic.

Griffin isnt their home field goldy and hasn't been for 3-4 years.

I think it will be EP and CDH for the Championship and it will be a very good , close game alot like the Wayzata vs CDH game a couple of years ago.

But we have to wait and see. We have to Wait Until Thanksgiving.

I expressed indifference about the likely CDH-EP final a few weeks ago but it's really indifference about who wins the game. Again assuming it happens, it should be a great game showcasing a lot of talent.

I hope no one left the Lakeville North-CDH game early last night. My son and I made that mistake last year only to be shocked when we caught the highlights on the news that night.

Andover and EP play at Griffin on Saturday at 6:00, I might try to make it over there as I haven't had a chance to see EP play yet this year.

The Hump should be rockin this week and next.

The Brainerd people should be able to make it down since the ice houses arent out yet and its too cold to play golf.

BIAFP's only problem is figuring how to keep those augratin's form Bar Harbor warm on the tirp down.

Ill bet a burger of your choice at The Nook against an order of augratins from bar Harbor on the Catholics.

Wait Until Thanksgiving.

27 buses headed to The Hump tonight from Brainerd.

Good for you guys.

Hope everybody makes it down safely.

Keep those augratins warm

No drinking on the bus.

Should be a good game

Go Raiders!

Supposedly the games today will be streamed online at http://www.grandstadium.tv/ for $10 each. Right now, it looks like a mess to me, but whatever. I guess kids from Eagan High School are running the show and are getting a cut of the proceeds.

I like the idea... but $10 per game is a little steep. Good for outstate teams I suppose, but it's probably cheaper to just go to the Dome and watch all the games for those of us in the metro.

There will be a caravan of 27 buses filled with dejected Warrior fans after tonite's tilt. Then EP will thump CDH in the chumpship. It's been fun while it lasted for Brainerd fans - now you can all look forward to a long, brutal hockey season.

The Tribe will surprise the minnow-munchers tonight and then carry that right into hockey season.

(assuming EP wins tonight) This AAAAA Prep Bowl will have to go down as one of the all time great match-ups, won't it? I think the EP-Blaine games from about 10 years ago are right up there, but this is probably close if not better.

The Wayzata/CDH match up just 2 years ago was a good one and a great game.

But if you enjoy HS football, Id make a point at being at EPvs CDH, assuming EP gets past Eastview.

It should be a barn burner if both teams are able to do what they do best.

We will see but we need to Wait Until Thanksgiving.

Well, this just in:

The AAA championship game features DeLaSalle.

The AAAA game has Totino Grace.

And, of course, competing in the AAAAA game we have what really has become "Minnesota's Team".... The Raiders of Cretin Derham Hall.

2 years ago we saw The Crusade end in a Catholic sweep of the hockey titles.

This Spring, shortly after we Waited Until Lent we saw the Catholics sweep the baseball tournaments.

Now, we have 3 Catholic teams with a chance to sweep the top 3 football classes.

Will it happen...again?

Wait Until Thanksgiving.

Everything's for sale these days, PB.

EP will kick the ship out CDH and you can take that to Bader's bank. I just wish Mikey Grant had scouted the Raiders before this epic match-up.

Gee, that's some coincidence. Wonder how all of those athletes ended up at these schools...

Getting tough not to be an EP fan around here...

The cheering hundreds shout their battle cry,
For Eden Prairie Eagles are the team
Thats fighting the fight for you. Rah! Rah!
And when the red and black are on our side,
The Eagle Spirit never dies,
For Eden Prairie fights for victory,
And to win this game.
