Final

Centennial 4
Champlin Park 1

CP played very good transition defense, and Jaeger had a good game. Edina Killer Lovick gets the hat trick, Pitlick was serving em up to both him and Hess all night. I'm not sure Pitlick took a shot. In the end, CP isn't deep enough to keep up despite a good effort.

Govs said "Uh... Odds are they'd chose to PLAY DOWN."

How could they chose to play down? Maybe if they really wanted to be like Edina they could CHOOSE to play down, but in the past they have chosen to play up every chance they've gotten.

Poor choice of words on my part Shanty. I should have worded it "For those that care.....".

Don't worry, that kind of negativity won't come from me again!!! And YES: It Can Happen!

"uh....what class do they play in?"

Since we are talking about the Schwan Cup, they play in the Silver Division. They started in the Bronze, didn't win, but were asked to move up. They did. Last year they got 6th. This year hopefully they will be asked to move up, as Edina was, and they will be competing at the X next year.

Edina was asked to play in the Gold division. In fact, they begged Edina to play in the Gold. Giles said he wanted to play in the Silver - less chance of his players getting hurt. It was a story in the Pioneer Press just befor e the Tournament! Pretty lame if you ask me!

Sorry, my typing isn't great on my phone, but I appreciate you making my point for me, CIRCLE. Once again... playing both sides of the fence. That line about about them choosing "to play up every chance they've gotten" was especially hilarious - The Roseaus of the Class AA world got a HUGE laugh out of that! Spew whatever garbage you want about the St. Thomas Cowards... uh... Cadets.

If you're hanging your hat on the Schwan Cup to provide proof of STA's "legitimacy", you're even more pathetic than I thought.
