Got to give Hibbing some major props in this one. Statement game for 7A for sure. Sounds like DM needs to get back to the drawing board. I would guess that Hibbing is a bit more Senior lead team thus the man handling of the Hilltoppers. Impressive win for Hibbing.

DM will need to close the gap by improving dramatically. Not sure they have the talent to do it, but we will see. Its clear that they are not, as good as, last years team that had 5 Senior defense and a Senior second line that would defensively shut people down and could be counted on for a goal every game. From what I've seen to date, this whole section is down from last year. We'll see how the representative does at state.

anyone who thinks that they would be the same team as last year is crazy, they have allot of work to do if they wanna get back to state. as their record shows this is a very young team who has some learning to do. they've been really inconsistent so far beating STA and givving Tonka a run for their money, but almost gave up a game to TG and lost to Breck and Hibbing. once they start playing more consistent they will be a top team in the state. it may just take them the whole year. but for now Hibbing proved that they are the top team in the section.
