Greenway and N-K co-op in hockey and wrestling. I'm talking about the school districts merging, resulting in one superintendent, one school board, and one taxing district. It might also result in just one high school, although in my previous post I question the feasibility of that happening.

When they talked about the merge they talked about keeping both open. Not saying thats for sure what will happen its just what was talked about

Its probably a rumor, but they are going to court over this because of estey and his baseball season. they are going over the fact that this happend 9 months ago and they should have been punished at the end of his Junior season of baseball and the begining of football. not hold the punishment untill the end of hockey season and the begining of baseball.

What do you mean, that you have a good lead on who turned them in? IF they are guilty of doing something wrong, they should be looking in the mirror. I don't know the situation, but a comment like that can easily lead one to believe that a guilty party should somehow be treated like a victim for being in the wrong. Of course, if they are NOT guilty of anything, they should have a chance to prove that as well. But then again, you (niper) just posted that they "did something" 9 months ago. If that is the case, you can't go back and punish them in the past so they obviously have to face the consequences as it is brought to light.

At this point, it doesn't so much like a rumor, as it does like they got in trouble and others want to place blame on the reporting party instead of where it belongs.

Good luck to these young men, and I hope all involved can learn a valuable lesson in this.

My understanding is that the Estey's are not going to court to fight against the infraction and penalty. It is more about the fact that an official in the law enforcement system opened up a sealed juvenile file.
