Unless your psychic, we won't know if that's true until about this time Friday night!

Should be a fun final - and a great venue as well. Hats off to the Skippers, Goalie rock solid in net tonight, just couldn't coax that tying goal into the net at the end, despite some nice chances.
19 playoff wins in a row, #8 Ms. Hockey finalist 19-1 in her playoff career, heck of a run, 3 consecutive state championships, and an unparalleled legacy.
And yes, BSM did play well tonight, but they needed to in order to win.

Section scores tonight will be added here as they come in:
1AA Final
#1 Lakeville North 6, #2 Dodge County 1
7AA Final
#1 Andover 3, #2 Elk River/Zimmerman 1
8AA Final
#1 Roseau 3, #2 Buffalo 0
So far all teams making it to State are No. 1 seeds (4 of 4). That will definitely end tomorrow night when #4 Wayzata and #2 BSM battle for the right to represent 6AA; otherwise in the remaining games (2AA, 4AA & 5AA) the No. 1 seeds are still very much in it.
An updated Leaderboard will be posted with the hour!

While technically not a #1 seed, I think many thought BSM should've been the #1 in section 6. I still scratch my head a little wondering how that seeding was decided.

Worked out great for BSM in any event, they still get to play the #4 seed as if they had been the #1 seed. They just missed out on a 'bye' and look what that did for Hopkins. I hope BSM has no complaints about how things are lining up for them.

Yes, I'm used to hearing anti-6AA sentiment on this forum, but to be dissed by cbslocal, too? How many consecutive state championships does 6AA need to win before they get a little respect?
