For the record, I did not defend Jackstraw but I simply stated my opinion about his contributions to this board vs. yours.
You said yourself that he called you... not once, but twice... that tells me that he is trying to work it out in private instead of on a public forum. Which is what most so-called 'adults' would do.
Honestly? I read your posts and was trying to think of ways to make you look bad because that's what you deserve. If I look bad in the process, it's merely a casualty of war.
I say BAN ZAMBONI! And anybody else that uses this board to make personal attacks.

Nickel, where have you been. Nice to see you back. I thought golfreak was the Bantam A coach, not Jackstraw, or are they one in the same?

Bugsy - thanks for the warm welcome! To my knowledge, Jackstraw is the AL A bantam coach. I don't know who golfreak is. Aren't you kind of a golf freak?

I have defended Jackstraw only with the facts that your statements have ignored.
If defending the Association in which my children played and in which I coach makes me look bad, so be it. That's a hit I'm willing to take.
Fortunately, you have done more damage to your own credibility than that of the Albert Lea Hockey Association.

Say what you want. BUGSY if you want to ban what people say on this chat board, then half of this board would be gone. You can't just want it because it might hit closer to home for you. It's just another form of control.

No kidding....anyways, this district tourney is going to be very competitive...Just to add to the fun of all of the D$ teams beating each other in clsoe games, New Ulm beats Faribault 1-0 last Sunday...
What is everybody's thoughts on the format for the tournament?

What is the format of the tourney? Last year wasn't it a weird 7 team bracket? Or was that the region?

If New Ulm beat Faribault, it is really going to be wide open. Up until I heard that, I would have given Faibo the edge.

The format can be found on the D4 website under "forms"...To make ti to regions, you must go 3-0 or 3-1 in the District tourney...under this format, the losers of teh semis play for third, then winner of that game plays the loser of the 1st place game for the D4 #2 seed in regions...
You must win your first game to have a shot at regions this year...I think it was slightly different last year..

you know what zamboni you can take all that stuff and shove it where the sun dont shine about mike carlson he is a great coach and we skate our butts off for having 10 skaters and the kids on b joined after tryouts....we will see how you are talking after the district tourny....CARALSON IS A GOOD COACH WAIT TIL DISTRICTS BUDDY<<<...>>>>
