An A team should be able to beat B teams.
?, im not sure what u meant by that
He means that Blake could have, and should have been an A team. Their talent was way to good and they very well shouldn't have been in B this year.

Most associations have their best team play as an A team. Blake decided their #1 bantam team couldn't compete with the rest of the A teams and decided to play as a B team. Blake's #1 - #15 players were playing against other association's #16 -#30 players. They should be able to win. That's what I meant.

I think what stickem means is that it's misleading to call Blake an association, as if it's comparable to community associations (like Richfield) that only have 15-18 players tryout.

what im trying to say is that they had more selection than just 18 players. ONe of my friends plays for the team. Im not trying to downplay there team they had great coaching and a solid group of kids they won fair and square.

Congratulations to them. But they were an A team playing everyone else's B team.

NO, they weren't. Read the thread already. We have hashed all this out multiple times. They were a B team, playing B hockey (coached by a C coach-Go Rams!), and they were the best B team in the State after the third weekend in March. They did not have a team full of A caliber players playing at the B level and they did not decide to play down to the B level. We've done the research for you . . .all you need to do is read!
