That's a yearly thing. I think he's worked out some kind of deal with Lee. He apperantly has rights to the first half of all seasons and gets the boot from there. I think when you look at strength of sections you should probably look at the top teams, not the bottom feeders. All sections have some bottom feeders. I was referring to Strength of Section at the bottom of the page. 8A isn't good. Just look at the list of teams from top to bottom and compare. Throw out any rankings listed and just go based off of what you know.
