Predictions ladies and gents.

I'll go with 3-2 in favor of the Powder Blue.

I keep trying to add a poll, but it doesn't appear to be working.

Dunno why either, but I added one.

Thanks, Lee. I'm rather new so it's probably something I was doing wrong. I left the poll dates blank and added the question but it never popped up. I tried this about 7-8 times. Appreciate the help.

This is a much better game than may have been anticipated at the beginning of the year. I'll take the Jags 3-2 since they have been playing so much better lately, but I think it will be a close game either way.

Goaltending and how each team shows up to play is big. The first meeting Jefferson didn't play well until the 3rd period when they started to finally generate some shots and offense. Eastview can't afford to have a bad game and lose this one if they want the conference they have already had bad losses. Jefferson needs more than the 1st line to get something going. I'll say 4-4 or 5-4 either way.

How are both teams overrated? Everyone knows Jefferson is down from other years and Eastview is 9-9-2 i think and aren't ranked or anything or talked abotu as a powerhouse or anything. Neither teams gets a ton of respect, they can't be overrated unless people are talking about how dangerous they are which no one is doing.

L.T.Thumper719,

How is Eastview's goalie weak when he is ranked 2nd. in the Lake in GAA? Who is Eastview's standout forward? Freidman?

GAA Is more of a team stat, than a goaltender stat. OShea is posting a 89% save percentage in front of a very good squad...nothing to write home about.

CrossbarandIn99,

Isn't he only a Freshman? Isn't that a pretty good start to his career considering the Lake Conference and no pasty teams that enable goalies to inflate GAA and save percentages?

Eastview's goalies doesnt see many shots but he is fairly weak, he's a year or two away still. Outstanding forward would be Maloney he's talking about i'm guessing.

2-0 Jefferson now and I can't wait till thsi ones over and Eastviews fans come home and start the complaining about the 2nd goal which was questionable and could go either way, i feel it did cross but not by much.

2-0 Jefferson, O'donell on a breakaway

ya it didn't look like it went in from the overhead view. idk

that over head camera is very slightly in front of the goal so it makes the puck look like it is farther back than it really is. for it to be a goal, the entire puck would have to cross the line

Well the way this one's going the questionable goal may not matter. Eastview needs to pick up there play i have not been impressed with them and that power play looks awful! I like the pace of the game though. How long can Eastview stay out of the box for though?
