according to there website they lost 5-3 against andover, and 2-1 to prior lake in a shootout, they havent beaten any good teams either.

roseauyouthhockey.com

prior lake is terrible, they are second to last in district 6 with only 2 wins(waconia) so im guessin roseau isnt that good, they just play a really easy schedule

You are very correct both Prior Lake and Waconia should have been placed in B2 so those kids could have achieved some level of success.

As someone else pointed out regarding small towns, once their A team is set and they have a B1 team, the talent can drop off dramatically.

Chisago Lakes did it smart by not having an "A" so their level of talent could have some success. Thus I think they could pull some surprises.

I will bet Grand Rapids will not make state. What do you think about Duluth East making it?
