The teams are final. The cheering and crying has subsided.

Agree, but Roseau will put up a heavy fight. If they took it all it wouldn't surprise me.

I'd say the winner of the Section 3AA final will take it all.

I think Rapids will play Hill in the title game. Just because they have beaten some nasty good teams (with some great players) to get there. I dont know who will win though, I'm thinkin' the Halloween Machine will take it all.

Just to hear everybody whine...gotta say Hill-Murray
Played great defensive minded hockey through sections, backed by solid goaltending is tough to beat.
Offense wins games, defense wins championships.

Rams Win
I think it will also be a Edina vs Roseau Title.
Lee in goal will prevail
Roseau 4
Edina 2

Rapids. why not? they had to get past the best TWO goalies in the state to get here so scoring shouldn't be an issue, right?

My heart says Roseau, my head says Edina and I hope like hell it's not Hill.

I think that Century can beat Hill and I thnk that Grand Rapids may take Edina, Century did well vs Grand Rapids early in a scrimmage so I think they will be on fire and get past Grand Rapids and I don't think anyone will be able to stop them on Saturday night.
GO PANTHERS!!!!!!!

That would be a replay of the 1971 finals. I agree, only Roseau wins 1-0!

I feel that if Edina gets by Grand Rapids, they will win it. Otherwise, it will be Grand Rapids or Roseau. Would love to see Roseau v. Edina in championship with a 3-1 win for Edina.

Nobody likes to see edina win, but lets face it with Holy Angels, Moorhead and Rooseville all gone, nobody has the depth that the hornets do. They have anincredible strong first line with Reber Leer Gaarder Brehm and Gleason who in my opinion is the fastest defensemen in the state carrying the puck. But the scary part is there second and third line. Budish leads the sophmore second line who actually produces more than the first because they're matched up against second and third lines, then theres the senior 3rd line which will play more than any third line in state. Again nobody likes to see the hornets win but it's there year and time. (oh ya by the way, goaltender Cashetta is what you can say HOT! has only let in 2 goals last five games)

I would say that is a good example of a hot goalie, especially when playing against EP, Wayzata, and Tonka, who he shut out with 4-0 wins each game.

The Grand Rapids Thunderhawks will be this years state champions, defeating the Roseau Rams 4-3 in Overtime.
