I doubt it, things could change, but Ive never seen their youth teams in the rankings, or ever heard about any of their youth teams. Could happen, but not likely.

ive been there a couple times. it is a great town, but it is too small. They don't have the program size that metro teams do. how big is eveleth compared to rosau (sorry about spelling) or warroad?

I would love to see the next Mark Pavelich or Buzz Schneider come out from their. It was great hockey town till the mining went down and people started to leave.

Virginia is 'right next' to Eveleth.
Gilbert is down the road a mile or so.
Babbit is north of Hoyt Lakes, so it must be 30 miles or so away.
I know how to get to these places just never remember the mileage.

They do not have numbers but they have so good people and available ice.
Competing with Hibbing and Hermantown is tough.
Greenway, the Falls, Eveleth will have their good years if they do not lose kids to other programs, but being tough consistently will be 'tough'.
And at the youth level Grand Rapids is in the mix.
Sorry, should mention Virginia in the conversation.
