Congratulations to the Anaheim Ducks - as well as rookie Ryan Carter - for winning the 2007 Stanley Cup.

Carter is a 2002 graduate of White Bear Lake and was called up to the Ducks late in the playoffs. He did appear in a Stanley Cup game so his name will be included on the Cup as well.

Carter might just be the first White Bear graduate to win the Cup (I have to check if Doc Romnes was ever on a Stanley Cup winner).

The Stanley Cup will be in White Bear Lake on June 29th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the White Bear Sports Center.

Earlier in the day, Carter will have the Cup at Minnesota-State Mankato and at night he will have it on the main stage at Taste of Minnesota.

Joe Motzko will have it in Bemidji on the 28th, at Slim's for sure.
