Forwards
Youso and Decenzo will battle it out for most points.

Defense
Jacques will put up the most points.

Goalie
???

Should be some other good players.
Eckman, Sande, Hafferty, Mausolf, Olson, Jamnick, Tracey to name a few.

A ton of talent is gone early from this section this year. Jake Youso is on the Green Bay Gambler's roster, Drew LeBlanc is on the Chicago Steel roster, Nico Sacchetti is on the Omaha Lancer's roster - All in the USHL. John Stampohar is gone to Medicine Hat in the WHL. Throw in the seniors (remember the top 4 scorers were juniors) that graduated and here's what's left of the top 25 scorers from last year in 7A:

3. Anthony Decenzo - Hibbing, 19-39--58
13. Matt Sonday - Two Harbors, 14-24--38
19. Casey Eckman - Two Harbors, 15-21--36
16. Taite Sande - Silver Bay, 18-16--34
19. Judd Leinum - Int'l Falls, 15-14--29
23. Aaron Jamnick - Hibbing, 9-18--27

With the addition of Duluth Central, not much is added; however Duluth Marshall will bring a couple of players in Dano Jaques and Zach Mausolf. Also Chris Westin of Virginia who missed most of last year with an injury could also rack up some points.

Youso is not playing full time in the USHL, only before the season and after. Sachetti is gone, but I'm not sure about LaBlanc.

hibbing will have a good chance but with stomp leaving and vechel(sp) hurt for a little of the season it will be a battle at the end(stomp leaving will kill them tho)

Hibbing will be able to do just fine without Stomp.. it will hurt them but what they need to be concerned with is defense.. They lose a goalie (Marchuk) and their top two defensemen from last year (Sutherland and Simonson) and now with Vechell being hurt they have a lot of gaps to fill defensively

I think the Bears might be able to pull some upsets this year. They want to continue the winning tradition that they have been known for.........

Coachk, You must not keep up on the hockey world or are just very slow upstairs to say that about Youso. I'm sure there's a reason why he's already signed to the U of M.
