I just heard some information stating that Jake Youso may stay with the Green Bay Gamblers instead of returning to the I. Falls Broncos due to the subtractions of teammates Judd Lenium and Brady Hjelle. Has anyone heard the same?

Youso will be back in Int'l. Falls in 18 days.

That's for sure, from the horse's mouth.

Jake is a pure-bread Bronco... I bet he's in contention for Mr. Hockey

......and believe me that is the ONLY reason he is returning to the Falls. He should stay and develop in Green Bay, as I've been told he is playing very well with very good competition and excellent teammates. Must be more important to him holding that Mr. Hockey trophy than I thought

No, there are still a few young people who are proud to represent their community.

Worked quite well for Patrick White.

Agreed. If he can make anything out of this season, he will only be that much stronger as a Mr. Hockey candidate in my opinion. Having your starting goaltender and the teams second leading scorer leave, he has his work ahead of him. Jake's a good kid though and I'd support him either way, but I'm glad I'll get a chance to watch him for the Falls again this year.

Lit it up where? Just checked his USHL stats and he's still at 1 G 0 A. Was this at the preseason scrimmages?

I don't have the details,

but Laddy's daddy may be hanging around here and could fill us in.
