Oct 19-20: Bemidji State vs. Merrimack

The 2-0 Bemidji State University Beavers will play host to the 1-0 Merrimack College Warriors on Friday, October 19th and Saturday, October 20th at the John S. Glas Fieldhouse in Bemidji, Minnesota. The Beavers will be looking to continue a strong start after sweeping Army last weekend at home while Merrimack will be playing their first traditional series of the season after defeated Niagra at home last Friday.
Last Weekend:
Bemidji State
- Friday: defeated Army 2 to 1
- Saturday: defeated Army 3 to 0
Merrimack
- Friday: defeated Niagra 4 to 2

Beavers outshoot Merrimac 36 - 11.
Freshman G - Dalton for Beavs, may have to wait a while for another start. Not necessarily his fault, but believe Climie would have stopped at least one more shot (if not all 3).

Weekend Wrap Up:
From the looks of the poll from this thread it looks like only 1 person correctly predicted that Merrimack would sweep Bemidji State this weekend. That, in fact, became the case after the Merrimack College Warriors defeated the Beavers by the score of 2 to 1 on Saturday evening in Bemidji. The win kept the Warriors undefeated on the 2007 season at 3-0 while the loss pushed the Beavers to .500 at 2-2 on the young season.

Warrior goalie played really well.
Beavers need a goal scorer.
They played well, individually and as a team.
Gave up a short handed goal on Saturday.
Could not bury the puck.
