wow...nice job Bison! Saw this team practice a few times and must say they look downright good! As I guess both MG and WZTA found out...
Right now it appears Buffalo will be a team to beat this season.

Thanks for the nice words FAM'r. They are playing in Blaine's "Hall of Fame" tournament this weekend, that should be a good test, starting out against Blaine, Anoka & Cottage Grove.

Minnetonka 5

It was 1-1 after a closely played 1st period. Minnetonka is the best team Buffalo has played.

In a rematch of two of the states top U12A teams, Buffalo and Minnetonka tied 3-3, the game was played at Minnetonka.
Buffalo dominated the first two periods and took a 3-0 lead into the third period. Minnetonka demonstrated why they are the number one rated team in the state and scored 3 unanswered goals. Buffalo took a number of penalties (4 or 5 versus 1 for Mtka) and that may have contributed to their weaker 3rd period. The goal for Minnetonka to tie the game was a powerplay goal.
Bottom line, good job by both teams!
