Why not play at the NSC in Blaine. It's a little drive but the fans wouldn't get frostbite.

I agree that Northfield is bad but have you been to the likes of sauk rapids, pine city, greenway, proctor, princeton, and more that i can't think of right now. i think greenway needs more help than any other rink that comes to mind and I wouldn't be surprised if it's one of the oldest rinks in the state!

the mustangs used to play there back before Nick Nitti was the coach. they could still practice at shoreview because its close to school. But I agree play their games at the Super Rink.

I actually like sports Arena East in Sauk Rapids. They've done some renovations so you're not sitting on metal bleachers in a frozen rink any more. It's obviously cold still, but not a brutal place.

The arena in Mora could use some work. They have actually put some time and money in it the last 10 years or so. But the arena is still very cold and last season stuff kept dripping on top of my head.

West Side is run by and owned by Ramsey County. As is Johnson, Harding, Shoreview, White Bear, Biff Adams, Oscar Johnson, Highland and Pleasent (which is now used mostly by the St Paul Figure Skating Club, it's like 75 degrees and soft ice)

West ST Paul is Sibleys home, it is owned by West St Paul.

Winona is pretty rough, but it isn't that bad. They at least have a lobby area, not to mention really good taco in a bag. :D :D
I would say Northfield is pretty close to the worst. I haven't seen many of the rinks up north or around the Minneapolis area, but from what I have seen Northfield is the worst.
