Can any veteran of this bored tell me when the geocities scouting is typically released?

Don't waste your time, last years lists had no accuracy as to positions played ages etc.

i can agree they were extremely inaccurate. Best bet at scouting kids is checking the Central Scouting List, Selects rosters and read up on the board, its easy to get a pretty good sense of the top players
