Now that everyone's off season programs have wrapped up what do you guys think? Best programs? Worst programs? Dryland routines? What worked for all of you?

Great question!

Kids of a couple of buddies have attended FHIT and Total Hockey. Total Hockey really helped the kids to become stronger and faster skaters. FHIT has a great reputation and attracts many of the metro the elite players. My kids worked with Bernie McBain at Minnesota Made who has had a lot of success. You could join the Nick Mattson at 5 AM.

Mattson got all his skill over at Minnesota Made (Vintage) in Bloomington Ice Gardens at 5:00am before school every day

Clearly identify what you want to achieve and go and visit the various training centers. All of them will give a couple of free sessions to see how you like their program.
