That's quite a rainbow, but there is one color missing from your spectrum . . .Green . . .as in Edina Green . . . haven't seen all the teams on the list play, but Green is better than most on the list.

Bville over Tonka AND wayzata? When Bville played tonka, tonka was missing a many of their players due to highschool tryouts now all the players are back

DE has two teams, Black and Red
Both have similar records so far this year, and they tied each other in a scrimmage.

I figured I draw fire on that one but haven't seen much the Green Hornets.
I do agree. I had them in my sights but couldn't get them in print.
Remember, it's early in the season.
Here is new top 10 in true rainbow fashion Roy G Biv
1 EP Red
2 Stillwater
3 WBL Orange
4 Burnsville (yellow)
4 Edina Green
5 Woodbury Blue (cyan)
6 Minnetonka (Blue)
...Wayzata Blue (blue)
7 Blake (Indigo)
8 WBL Black
9 Duluth East Black
10 EP Black
Last 3 representing Violet
There is no gold at the end of this rainbow

De black has played much stiffer competition. ex.. WBL, Blaine, Wayzeta. while De red has played princeton and T.B. and bemidgi. only winning 1 of 3 while black won 2 of 3.
Also in the scrimmage De Black won.

ahh, no. (you got a goal at the end when they were practicing power play/short handed)
We'll see who makes it to New Ulm in March.

The Wayzata team that DE Black played was one of the B1-2(Gold) teams. Wayzata has 1 B1-1(Blue) and 2 equal B1-2(Gold and Navy) teams

It seems to be that every year Minnetonka and Wayzata have top B1 teams across both Pee Wee's and Bantam's.

I watched Woodbury Blue tonight and they looked very average. They lost more or less 4-0 against Elk River. They scored two goals in the last 15 seconds. Don't get me wrong they were talented, but number 3 or 4 in the state I don't think so.
Centennial Red and Champlin Park and Pine City are very good teams.

I agree, Woodbury Blue didn't play very well last night (probably their worst game of the season). Elk River looks like a very good team.

You are right. Eden Prairie was in 3rd. They lose to Chaska and beat E.p Black and move to first??? Should drop down not go up. Very strange.

You can not live or die by any of these rankings - the best i saw was last year when one of the bloggers on this topic did a BCS type format.
His was vastly superior through the entire year.
Of course rankings do not do a very good job of predicting state champions, which is the holy grail.
Burnsville

I love it. Same teams, every year in the top ten. Mark my words, Moose lake will be going to regions out of District 11 this year, just as they have the past 2 years. Being the under dog has its perks.
I agree with 60% of the above list, but their are a few sleepers up north.
