I may sound old fashioned but I believe that Hockey uniforms should go back to White at home and Color on the Road and every so often a Third Jersey involved.

I know that sounds to set and to offical but I think it would be pretty bomb.

Also... Anyone heard of any new jerseys/logos this year from the big time schools? I havent really heard much...

Of the 8 teams I've seen this year, the only change I know of is Johnson's black (alternate) jersey. Last year it had a white "J-O-H-N-S-O-N" diagonally across the front (NY Rangers style - sort of).

This year, they've decided to honor yours truly by placing the word "GOVS" horizontally across the front (last year, they honored me by adding my name to their helmets, which they still have, but they've upped the ante this year), and adding the Johnson hockey logo (see my signature) below it. They complete the ensemble with a "North Dakota-ish" tribal collar and huge, gaudy white numbers (I'm assuming this is so they show up on tv nicely when they're playing at The X in March).


I'm now off to drink lots of Busch beer and scratch myself, because I feel a lot less manly all of a sudden.

I saw that TRF has new jersey's ...they have the names on the back..looks pretty cool..and did EGF Get those jerseys last year or are they new this year?

Grand Rapids 75's should be put back on the shelf after this season. It's been cool for a little while, but I think they should go back to "GR" hockey logo on the front of the jerseys.

If your marital status is what you claim it is, then you checked them at the door a long time ago. Don't sweat it, anyone who files a joint tax return already knows this.

Cretin- Derham Hall has a new white uniform. It looks really cool but I don't know how they keep buying new ones.

because there a private school and people pay lots of money to have there kids go there and then they have lots of alums that have a lot of money that donate

I think you are exactly right!!! with that they should bring back the nickname as well!!!

hill murray has a new uniform this year

some say that the guy on it looks like lex

rosemount is sporting some retty slick new unis this year as well

i think burnsvilles new jerseys with the bruins B look like practice jerseys...there not that cool...its a cool logo but after that its just all black and boring

I got a chance to see Rosemount's "slick" new unis on Saturday night and wasn't too inpressed. I guess I just don't get why teams think practice jerseys with their team/city name on them are so sweet looking.

Agreed. I think they should keep these for a once in awhile thing, but it would be nice to see the good ole "GR" again.

i think...but not sure...but white bear got new white ones from what i have seen...

Stillwater has new ones the away Black are pretty nice. New logo also.

Mayo has new jerseys also that a pretty good looking

Brainerd has gotten new jerseys... I'm not a fan. Anybody who has seen them should know what I'm talking about.
