CDH wins this one 4-3, just like the lasy five games. STA is'nt phyical enough and goaltending is weak.

After the Vikings Monday night football win tonight, I can't wait for this one tomorrow. Hopefully the Cadets can pull their first win over the Raiders in a team sport in a few years.

Hopefully, STA can go into Highland and get some retribution for the lickin' they took last year. The Cadets are riding some hot players with Rooney and Isaackson having big weeks. If the goaltending is decent for STA, the Cadets should win this one.

STA wins 5-3.

Always a good match up and STA struggles at highland thats why it won't be a blow out. STA is looking for a big win tonight and I think they will want it more. If the goaltending by STA doesn't struggle then they will have no problem walking away with this one. STA will blow away CDH in the schwan cup...just my prediction we'll see

Just out of curiosity, what do the people base their prediction on?

Neither team has distinguished itself thusfar as neither team has beaten a top quality opponent. They both lost to Breck.

I dont see a way to call this one.

CDH handled Stillwater and Forest Lake - two teams I believe to be quality. Maybe not "top" but still good teams. STA has a good squad too, you can't deny that. The rivalry between the two schools is gonna make this a big game even if neither of the teams have a won a game all year. It will be a good game.

I think it should be a good game too. Both teams have done all right and both have good players.

Maybe it will come down to goaltending. (pretty profound, eh? )

Aren't they playing on the 26th too? Twice in about a week?

I'll pick the 2nd game... this one is too iffy.

Pretty cagey Govs. I like a guy who wants a little more to go on before stickin his neck out.

I'll have James pick us up in the Limo and drop me and the Baroness Madam Packerboy off about 6:30. I believe they have caviar on hand tonight. I so hope its Beluga.

Cherrio chaps!

How nice.

I'll be at the "gritty" rink at Aldrich when these two play next week... no beluga - these little snots will have to skate to the smell of 3-day-old hot dogs, and "Russian" (Cabin) Tea. Tasty!

Long live Aldrich!

I am going with CDH because Neut is going with STA :D

St. Thomas has more speed and they move the puck very well. Cretin has a great player in Bohrer. My guess is it will be close. STA wins if they can control Bohrer and keep him from walking in on the goalie.

I'm going with 6-5 STA.

You boys aren't going to believe this but James forgot the champagne. So unlike him. What will we drink on the ride there?

What will people think? The packerboys with no champagne on the way to the game? Outrageous.

You are right Govs, Aldrich always was second best to the greatest high school rink in the history of the world...Wakota Arena. You wanna talk about a 3 day old hot dog smell. Ill tell yah about smells.

Coincidentally, Wakota will be where I am that afternoon. The stench of Wakota, Aldrich, Raiders and Governors hockey all in the same day!

As long as you have te Grey Poupon, I'm sure he'll forgive the champagne. I know you'll have plenty of Jack.

I'm off to the Centennial/Maple Grove tilt, and Trappers per usual.

Good luck boys!

'Specially you PB!
