Is the real EGF going to show up against Warroad tonight?

In what should have been (maybe still could be) a battle of two of the top teams in Section 8A, Warroad at EGF be as good as billed or will it be the blowout that is being predicted.

If the preseason EGF shows up, it should be a very good game. If the team that played against GF Central on Monday shows up, I am going to stay home (or go to the Jason Stadstad Classic).

First thread discussing this match-up...I haven't seen anyway else this is being billed as a "blowout". Even without Bean between the pipes for The Elves this will be a barometer of how the Section is going to look. I'm leaning toward a Warrior win but no blowout. We'll see if Warroad can continue their streak of holding teams under 15 shots as has been their goal for a while now. If they can do that they should be OK tonight.

If Christianson is playing it will be a 1 goal game either way.

If not, Warroad by 3.

I changed my mind, the EGF goalie just might "STEAL" this one from the Warriors.

EGF 5-4

I think we all hit it right I called the non-blow out and the 15 shots, E70 had the margin of victory right (if he didn't slyly change it) and called Bemidji way, way over-rated and SB24 was right on with the score. Hey when your winning everybody gets credit.

The only guy to really miss...as usual was...The Mullet. :P Wrong goalie played to get the kind of win you were looking for.
