Players that were 3 time All Tournament Team?

How many players have been on the all tournament team 3 times?Dave Spehar was in 94,95 and 96 right?I would think John Mayasich but did they have an all tournament team back then?Who are some others?

What about any of the Jefferson boys in the early 90's?Mike Crowley,Nick Checco or Joe Bianchi?

I'm pretty sure Mike Antonovich of Greenway from 67-69.
