Do you really think Hastings can continue their comeback after the 0-8 start? I doubt it.

Yeah, Hastings. What a stretch man. They have a tough game against Dirty Thirty and the Bears coming up.

If Hastings can come out of thursday with a W i believe they are right back in the mix. I dont think they will be losing to the stillwaters and forest lakes this go aorund

Yea but i also doubt they will beat Roseville and Woodbury again. However, WBL is missing 3 of their best players for the coming game.

Game misconducts are usually game plus a game. Because the penalities at Woodbury were issued after that game had ended, are the WB players out for Saturdays game also?

Yes they are.

So if you get a game misconduct after regulation, you have to sit the next 2?

That is correct.

I've even seen this happen in the last game of the season. The players - if they're underclassmen - sit out the first game the following season.

If the Bears have 3 players sit out a total of 2 games The blue mitten boys get off with nothing. This is a joke. I was there, the blue mitten boys didn't get jumped from behind. It takes two to tango.

I completely agree.

And as for the 2 game suspension rule, the refs counted the game that night for one of them, even though it was already over. All three players will be able to play in the game on Saturday.

The conference championship could come down to the very last game of the year. White Bear's game at Aldrich against Woodbury, the last game of the year for both teams, could end up deciding the champion of the conference.

Good call, this will be quite the game. Definitely a better location too.

Also - I dunno how many times I can state that the fact that Woodbury didn't get anything for their participation in the brawl, is a load of crap. Someone should explain to me why the suspensions were so lopsided. Granted, more of our players were involved but still, at least a suspension or two should have been tossed to the Royals.

Hats off to the Royals for not getting more involved....a team well coached. They quietly line up on the ice, and watch their teammate get pummeled by 3 WB players.

Spindrift, I don't know what game you were watching, but there were far more Woodbury players in the mix than WB. Plus, the whole thing was started by a Woodbury player Slashing Collette after regulation had ended. the Royals did not skate quietly off the ice.

Are you serious, quit coming on here and saying things that didnt even happen, the goalie was not slashed, and I talked to many who saw the fight and your the only one who saw the slash, sounds like a bunch of crap to me. There were maybe 4 woodbury players fighting, all who had about 4 guys on them at once, so just shut up.

This is tough..woodbury rosebille white bear lake and cretin all play each other at the end of the season while hastings has a cake walk there last couple games with the exception of woodbury if they can come oout with just one loss or none at all i believe they are the champions. As for white bear lake that is really unfortunate there players wont be able to play in the game this thursday or saturday against hastings whenever it is...this could be a big decider for the top 2 or three spots in the SEC

According to this, the three White Bear players will miss two games.
