I've got to stay with the NWSC.
Come back win for the Bengals in the third, Hollerud stands on his head.

East is on a roll right now and should continue that at least into the first game this weekend.
FYI, this game has been moved to Pioneer Hall instead of the DECC Arena, unfortunately.

It will open, and host a number of Duluth Public School games...just not this year. Big games like East-Cloquet will probably still be at the DECC.
Of note...Blaine beat Centennial 5-3 tonight. That's a big win for them, but we'll see how well they play after a tough game the night before.

Karl...
these are High School kids...those that played in the Elite League played 3 games every weekend for 8 weeks...so playing back to back games (along with the spark gained from tonights win) will only help the Bengals...it should be a close game and a fun game to watch!

When I've seen East play on back-to-back days this year, they've been a little bit off. That's just one team, of course, but it can be a factor, and not everyone plays Elite League.

Blaine will win without a doubt they are on their way to a big win streak.

Mars Lakeview....cute.
The Heritage Center
will be home ice to East, Denfeld and Central. Game where they're expected bigger crowds will still be played at the DECC, I'm assuming. Certainly 7AA playoff games.

This was a very hard-fought defensive game. Cooper looked the best I'd ever seen him, and recent improvement was obvious. It was a solid effort by the Greyhounds, but they're going to need a lot more offense to have a shot at Edina tomorrow.
