I just may be in the area (Fargo-Moorhead) to catch this game. Where would this arena be located and what time would one have to arrive to buy tickets? The A game is at 6:00 p.m.

It won't be a problem to get tickets @ the door, $5 for and adult. The game will be played @ the Moorhead Sports Center. It is attached to the east side of the High School. The parking lot is on the north side of the facility. Let me know if you need specific directions and i would be happy to post them for you. The JV game starts @ 4:00. You should be able to get tickets without a problem anytime you arrive.

Very nice I'll be in Fargo this weekend I might have to catch a glimpse of this one, have seen Jefferson 2-3 times but not yet Moorhead. Do you think my Lake Conference pass will work for this game? :)

I say Moorhead 5 - Jags 2. The Spuds have decent tending and some balance.

I hope Moorhead does well, and even beats them, but it will be a tough game. Moorhead wins 4-3 in OT.

In this solid match-up I'm going to go with...

Bloomington Jefferson Jaguars - 4
Moorhead Spuds - 2

Jags 4-2 in this one.

I concur...

You can definitely tell the Spuds are down this year. Very little chitter from their fans compared to years past...

You gotta think there's some bad blood at least from the Jefferson side for tomorrow nights game. It was indeed last year when Jefferson was way down from usual and Moorhead took it to them in the Schwans cup scoring 9 goals with like 6 of them on the powerplay. They went up big and they kept putting the top line out there to run up the score. Don't be surprised if the Jags come out with some attitude tomorrow night....

Jags 5
Spuds 3

I want Jefferson to give me moorehead. But really I think the Spuds pull out a 4-3 win in a good game.

WHATS THIS ? A sheep fan rooting for the Taters ? Better be careful - thats a hanging offense in Roseau !

Seriously, thanx for the kind words but don't think Spuds will be able to pull this one off. Jags are much improved this year. Will be at the Sports Center anyway.

I'd like to see the Spuds win this one, but I think the Jags pull it out 4-3.

This should be a very good game.
I will take Jefferson in a one goal game.
I also think the Spuds will be a team to be reckoned with come section time.

HA why not? It is a Lake conf team playing.... I say just show the ticket taker it and keep walking in like you know what your doing...

Bloods thicker than water. I love to watch the big metro hockey powers get beat by northern schools. If a northern school from Section 7 and 8 are playing a big metro school, I think most if not all of us sheeps are going to be pulling for our northern brethren. Besides, I think that Roseau's position as the number 1 seed in section 8AA is pretty much locked up.

Works like charm. The SEC pass works anywhere as long as you keep walking.

Jags took it to the Spuds.....2-0 after the first, 4-1 the final. Moorhead just isn't the team we've been used too seeing but give credit to the Jags they played well tonight also

Jefferson walked all over them.
