OT?

Of Johnson's 21 games this season, 8 have gone to OT (including last night)... is there any other team out there that's even close to that number? That seems a little excessive.

If I counted correctly, White Bear is at 6 including last night's game with Stillwater.

I know this would not could for this year, but:

Grand Rapids played 9 overtime games in 2001-2002.

They finished the season 12-7-7.

OT record was 1-1-7

Win over Greenway (4-3)
Loss to Bemidji (4-3)
Ties with Bloomington Jefferson (0-0), Cloquet (1-1), Greenway (2-2), International Falls (4-4), Warroad (1-1), Brainerd (1-1), Duluth East (2-2)

So Johnson is finally keeping the puck out of the net? I know they have issues scoring goals. I seen SSP smoked them 8-0 to start the season and the rematch was 2-2.

Blake has had 4 or 5 games this year, go to OT, I thought that was a bunch.
But 8! Wow!

Not high school related....but MSU Mankato had a record of 20-10-10 a couple of years back. Just thought it was an interesting stat.

Yes, White Bear has 6 so far this year. 8 would definitly not suprise me with games against Roseville, CDH, and Woodbury still to come.
