People, cmon. It was a sarcastic joke (and of course sniper77 flamed at me for it).

Anywho....

I say the Bears pull off the unthinkable and win the whole thing. :D

Eden Prairie advanced to the finals by beating Blaine in round 1 and Rochester in round 2. White Bear advanced by beating Maple Grove, and then Centennial. EP won the championship 4 - 3 in the first overtime. EP posted a 3-0 lead (thanks in part to a very questionable penalty shot call in the first few moments of the game). The Bears came roaring back to tie 3-3. Both teams skated and hit very hard, and both goaltenders played well. It was an exceptional game! My take is that while the Bears have struggled recently, they have the ability to play with anyone in the state. Eden Prairie is very talented and deserves their top ranking. It will take a great effort to beat EP, but it can be done.

White Bear lake played a great game. Not sure why you call the panalty shot questionable. I guess questionable would be why no penalty was called on white Bear lake when EP's #7 got hammered twice from behind on the same shift?
