Anybody catch the story on Channel 11 the other night about Petit a SLP varsity player who both his mom and dad now have cancer?

I think there are 3 boys and it sounds like ENORMOUS medical bills

Supposedly there was a benefit tonight at Park's game against Benilde.

Anyone know anything about it, and how much money they need to raise for the staggering medical bills. How to donate, etc?

I was at the game last night. Judging from the size of the crowd (largest I have ever seen at the Rec Center), I am guessing they were able to raise quite a bit of money. There was a silent auction before the game and all concession funds were given to the family. If you wish to contribute after the fact, I would contact the SLP association. They organized the event.
