I went to the game and it sure looks like they have a great sophmore goalie in Matt Ray. If he has played in goal most of the season for Andover he could be a big part of the reason they have had so many close one goal games.

He has played in every game, the entire game - except for one period this year. 623 saves on 693 shots with 70 goals allowed for a save percentage of .899. His Goals against average of 3.04 is a little misleading due to the number of shots he faces. He is going to be a tough obstacle for somebody in the 7AA playoffs this year and a couple years to come.

Matt Ray is a very good tender. He led Andover last year, and only being a Sophomore, it seems he has a couple years to go. But I must say, despite how good he is, I cant stand watching him lol. Its just something about his style that bugs me. But as long as he come up with the puck, who am I to judge.
