Any info out there on worthwhile tourneys this year? Are these open to any AAA specific year teams?

aaa tourneys that are BIG in the summer OUTSIDE of Minnesota..
CHI TOWN SHUFFLE
NIAGARA NIKE BAUER hosted by Niagara Vipers in Niagara Falls (Canada)
TORONTO PROSPECT (considered the top AAA spring tourney)
NAPS North American Prospects (A few years old, last years tourney featured a very close group to the TORONTO tourney)
CHOWDER CUP Hosted in New England, a popular draw on the East Coast
BOSTON ICEMEN
RONALD MCDONALD in Toronto I think the Red Wings host this
CENTRAL MASS OUTLAWS host a decent end of summer tourney in August
DULUTH end of July, they have a decent tournament
THere are alot more...look on the myhockeyrankingsdotcom site under tournaments and just about all of these are marketed there and a bunch more.
I think if you can take a group out to Niagara and make it a Vacation, it's worth it. If you can go to Toronto and do the Hall, Gretzky's, catch a Blue Jays game..it's a good trip, same for the Boston tournaments, spend time in downtown Boston doing the waterfront, hit a Sox game, play a few hockey games, good summer trip.

I'm fairly certain that most locally run tourneys are listed in Lets Play Hockey, towards the back in the tournaments section.
I know that Minnesota Made will host a tourney or 2, the Meltdown, I believe the JR Badgers AAA in Wisconsin has a tourney as well. Correct me if I'm wrong forum faithful.

Last time I looked out my front door, I thought Duluth was still in Minnesota. We cant' even see Canada from here, eh!
Maybe if we're lucky the new rink will be done by then. Just delayed the opening until April as the bleacher delivery isn't on time....

Sorry DLH, Duluth just popped into my mind at the last second so I threw it on there because it was a well run tournament in a good summer tournament town.
