I'll be in the metro area tomorrow and may get a chance to sneak in a hockey game.

Which one would you suggest?

Hopkins vs Wayzata sounds like a good one! :D

If you are looking for a potential upset, I would say AHA vs. Chaska. Richfield Arena, 7:00. At the very least you can see AHA and one of the best players in the state in Danny Mattson. AHA will likely win but at this point both teams and Chaska can be unpredictable.

I wouldn't encourage anybody to watch a game at that crappy Richfield arena. Go to watch Edina, Minnetonka, Hill Murray or one of the top AA schools play at a better rink than Richfields.

Before Zamman comes in to take his swings at this, I'll start by saying that you're nuts. Richfield is awesome, and it's almost worth the trip alone regardless of who's playing. It's a very unique rink, and my knowledge, there's none other like it. I like that it's as dark as it is in the stands... makes the game feel all that more impressive.

HAVING SAID THAT, it's hard to argue with seeing a game at Aldrich or Braemar either.

I am not going to take any swings.... Everyone is entitled to their opinion. No matter how out there they are. Anyways for the best game, and I am shocked that no one has posted this how about Edina and whoever or St Thomas and whoever. Those are the only teams in the metro that matter.....

I was thinking of going to Parade since I will be just a couple of miles away, and everyone knows Single A is far more superior.

Richfield's rink is fine. I was in it about two months ago. I'd stay clear of Edina-Kennedy only because of the competitive imbalance. Wayzata is a darn good losing-record team, so maybe that is one to catch. Others have suggested Chaska might be up to the task versus Holy Angels. Either of those is my pick.

Hopkins-Wayzata would be my choice for the best game to see.
