I think AL will pull it off in OT with a score of 3-2. Goaltending will play a huge part in this game, both goalies have to come out hot and make the saves they need to and the "lucky" saves also.

Albert Lea will win this one and then lose to Lourdes. Is Albert Lea the ones that constantly chanted Casanova over and over last year? I hope they lose.

These two teams are a blast to watch! I am very excited to watch this game on Saturday. I have a feeling that having a neutral site(no homer refs), soft Rec Centre ice(bad for the MW danglers), and a Pro-AL(rochester likes AL better) crowd will work against Mankato West and for Albert Lea. I pick Albert Lea by 2.

ik this may be an outrageous prediction but i have a feeling bruggeman is going to be real hot and the L&L show is gonna make distad/waalkens watch the puck fly by him all night..

AL just didn't come to play. I expected the seniors to come out with a little more oomph. Woodsdie played well, but thats about it.
West played a strong game, they played a good offensive zone. I was however dissapointed in the way that some of their players acted after they scored.

What do you expect, they have never been there before. Listen to their parents and you will understand where it comes from. The sad part is they are a good team, however, because of their attitudes they will never get the respect they MAY deserve. It is really too bad.

So a kid threw in a celebration after he scored big deal. West loves to score and they show it.

So cheering after a goal by parents is bad puckluvr. Fact of the matter is West had a great cheering section tonight. Why can't you be like Jackstraw who came up to me after the game and congratulated West on a game well played. West played better tonight and that is that.
