Can we get 2 goal judges at each end and maybe even instant replay for this one? I'm a fan of the players deciding the outcome - not the ref's eyesight abilities.

benilde is on a 10 game win streak including one against SSM, my money is on Benilde.

yea, benilde is on a 10 game winning streak cuz they dont play anyone. ssm is a good win but it is 1 of 2 good wins they have had all year. and they did get outshot by about 30 shots in the SSM game. Tonka takes this one and heads to state

If it took BSM 2 OT's to beat EP, they're going to fall short against the MUCH stronger Tonka team. Tonka by 3.

yeah but tonka barely beat a hopkins team that is worse then ep
benilde 4-2

This is about as even of a game as there is. Minnetonka has played a slightly better schedule with both teams having a win over Edina. Could go either way and is likely headed for overtime in a low scoring affair. I wouldn't be surprised to see multiple OTs...

Hopkins was seeded higher than EP for a reason, they were a better team. Minnetonka had no problem beating EP earlier this season and EP struggled to get by a weak Eagan team at home.
I also think Minnetonka will fare better on the larger ice.
Tonka 4-2

Benilde 4-3 in yet antoher 6AA OT matchup.

gov78, Ep was actually seeded higher than Hopkins, which shows they were the better team.

IMO, it will come down to benildes goaltending. If benildes goalie plays like he did yesterday (letting in several 'soft' goals), tonka wins easily.

Because of the play of Fons only. If he doesn't stand on his head MHS wins that game by 5.

minnetonka has some really fast forwards, and jake gardiner so mariucci almost gives them an advantage. and last time i checked benilde doesnt have fons so tonka should win this one

Gunna go with the skippers 4-2 en.

Benilde wins. Tough for the Skippers when the opposing coach knows your players as well as Ken does. I do think this will go to o.t.
tonka of course

Yep, you're correct my error. I still say after seeing both teams a couple times this season that Hopkins was a better team team but it really doesn't matter that time point.

Both teams will come out flying. they both come off similar games in the sense that they both squeeeeeeezed by in the semis.
Minnetonka is just too deep and have consistent, solid goaltending. Benilde is deep but not as deep and no one really will know until game time what kind of goaltender they will have in nets. That's a little scary if I'm a Red Knight's fan...
Minnetonka 4 (en)
Benilde 2

Will Buonomo or Kruger play this game?
