Should a great game!??

They met in the summer in Blaine. Rosters, I believe, are similar. West won that game easily, if I recall correctly.
Best two teams in the state, from a record standpoint. At least one of them should have been seeded. Both are probably better than Warroad, and certainly better the SCC.
Regardless, this will be old time run and gun hockey. I say they balance out offensively. I don't know much about LF's D and goaltending, but they had 5 games in which they gave up 4 or more goals, and one in which they gave up 7 (and won). West never gave up more than 4 this year, and only one of those was a loss, and one was with their back up goalie between the pipes. Bruggeman is in the zone right now. He will shine again Saturday and make the difference.

none of the baseball players from LF were in Blaine. You cannot use it to compare teams.

I was hoping west would do good in state, and they have. Proves sothern MN hockey can play good hockey. But show some class Mankato!!!!!!!! You don't throw your first line on the ice with 20 seconds and backups in just to pad your stats and eggo!!!!! No class never will have it with a couch that teachs a cheap way hockey. Go LT. mankato's COACH plays three lines and if you have a problem with them scoring than just stop them like duluth did.

Not true. I was standing next to a LF parent and she said they had the full complement of players including Festler.

Very disappointing to see Mankato's first line out in the last minute just so liverman or whatever his name is get a hat trick. How cheap is that his is just trying to get on the all-tournament team. Come on guys where is the sportsmanship.

What are they supposed to do. Play the 3rd line the whole 3rd period. Dark Demon, all you have ever did is bash West. Give them some credit. They gave DM all they could handle. When they beat your beloved Flyers you can finally shut the hell up.

This should be a good on but if Sperl plays the way he has LF won't lose and there is no way, I repeat, no way they will give up 6 goals you goof. You think Mankato West will score more than STA did? You're more crazy than the rest of the homer fans from LF and Mankato. LF will win a close one.

This one started at 10:00 didn't it? Any score updates?

Little Falls would do the same thing, as would most teams.

Well, run the third and fouth line then. Give them some exp. they will need some when superman leaves next year. Oh but can he can't score against good teams or can he only score goals against bad teams. Hope LF goes up big and still runs first line on MW. Than we will see the real MW players come out in the box. Wake up idiots that was just so he could look good think what it would be like to be on the other side. MW is the most hated team in 1A-1AA You have no freinds what so ever.

They are great havin too much fun down here in the "balmy" twin cities. I'll bring home some sausage but the kraut down here is terrible.

Did STA back off today when they where up big. Pretty sure a first liner for HM scored his second empty netter with under a minute to go. Fixxer, your just another sore loser. Also, if you do the math, West has 10 forwards and 5 D. Not sure you can get a 4th line out of 10 forwards,plus Litchfield was hurt so now they had 9. 9/3=3 or do you need to get your GED. Why do you have a 2 after Fixxer. Are you twice as dumb
