Doesn't really matter. I read recently that they aren't going to be Division 1 much longer.

Actually they are. I do not know the specific details, but they did reach an agreement with the NCAA and the WCHA to play a certain amount of games each year against WCHA teams. They are indeed getting a new rink, so that is one of the main reasons that the deal went through.

I know from some inside sources they will be getting a new rink and there main goal is to make it into the WCHA. I beleive bemidji would be a lot better than Alaska for the WCHA.

The move to the WCHA won't happen anytime soon, as well as the new rink. But both the WCHA and a new rink are probably going to happen in the next 10 years.

well there is a couple options from who actualy knows like president of bsu not saying how i know him but bsu is in the last stage in the state to get there rink and that depends on the govener and if he says yes they get a new rink and in the wcha the only thing that is keeping the bsu out of the wcha because part of getting into the wcha depends on seating compacity
