Fall 2008 AAA Tryouts : Mpls Metro : When and where?

I realize this is somewhat of a broad topic, but I thought it would be really beneficial to a large audience if we could put together a nice organized list of the Fall 2008 AAA Tryouts, with locations, dates, times, etc... Most of the AAA Clubs have their own websites, and some make it fairly easy to identify when and where their tryouts are, others not so much.
If you have some information to share, it would be very useful. I'll pull some stuff together too. I realize this is fairly early, but I just wanted to be prepared in advance. Typically the AAA tryouts happen just as association hockey tryouts complete and the teams get geared up and get into their routines... around mid to late October.
