The Erie Lakers Junior Hockey Club still has positions open for the 08-09 season.
Former Junior, AAA, or strong Midget AA or High School players are invited to contact Head Coach Greg Paddison at gpaddison@icesports.com

The Great Lakes Junior Hockey League is a developmental Junior C league with 5 franchises in Michigan and 3 in Illinois. The Lakers are an ideal fit for a player who has been aged out of Midget Hockey or Graduated High School and is looking for the opportunity to work their way into a higher level Junior program or an elite ACHA type team.

The Lakers will skate out of the Monroe Multi Sports Complex in Monroe Michigan, about 15 miles north of the Ohio border just off I-75.

The cost for the season will run between $4200 and $4500 depending on when a given player is signed.

The cost covers basic equipment, travel, lodging, 6-7 hours per week of practice, 42 regular season games, plus 5 exhibition games, and the GLJHL playoffs.

Again, all interested parties are invited to contact Head Coach Greg Paddison with any questions.

Thank you, and I'll see you at the rink!!!
