Burnsville wont be in the top 5 in Bantam A this year. Top 9 maybe.

D6 BA Shakopee is not even going to field a team this year at that level, I would pick Prior Lake to finish last behind Kennedy. Here are my D6 PWA & BA pre-season rankings
