ATTN: Boys' AA Hockey Season Ticket Holders/Member Schools

This year the hockey invoices for the 2009 tournament will be sent out September 15, and will be due October 17, 2008. This due date will be strictly enforced, as a result of the high demand for tickets and the growing number of people on our waiting list. Please pay on time, to avoid losing your hockey seats and your priority year status.

Also, we will not be doing seating changes or upgrades at this time for the 2009 tournament.


I thought I would copy and paste this from the MSHSL Web site. I sent my request for tickets about a year ago. The way I understand it, is if I am on the waiting list and tickets become available, I should receive a notice after October 17. Does that seem correct?

No, you would get it soon and have to pay by Oct 17th if you are in this year. From what I understand is that they replace those who don't renew the next year, not the same year.

I called mshsl cause i was wondering about some tickets I had on the waiting list,and they told me that if you dont send the money by the dead line you will get one more bill,If you still dont send money the tickets will get distributed to the waiting list and you will loose your season tickets.which will get invoices in november for purchase.

Thanks PASTRAPIDSFAN! That's the kind of answer I was hoping for! Hopefuly I will get my tickets this season then. No more bugging the guy at work if he knows if he is going. No more scalpers! No more wondering how I will get tickets ever again!

Out of curiosity, how long have some had to wait on the list to get tickets? Wondering if this is a one or two year thing, or a ten or more year wait.

I signed up for the waiting list in 2007 and got my tickets last year (2008). Just sent in the payment so there's 2 spots that won't be given up.

My 4 tickets are in for this year also,My neighbor said he was 156 and 157 on the waiting list and they told him he has a good shot at tickets.

How do you find out what number you are on the waiting list? I put in my application in August or September of 2007.

Thanks Elvis! I finally did call Nancy. I thought I sent my application in August or September of 2007. I guess I sent it out last November. Anyway, I am number three on the waiting list.

Im #415 on the list. Looks like I better wait a few years.

I'm not sure how, but I first applied for my tickets in November of 06 and I got them that same year for the 07 tourney, no waiting list for me, guess I lucked out

I wasn't that fortunate, but I applied Feb of 07 and got tickets for the 08 tourney, and decent ones at that. Looks like I got in at just the right time.
