does anyone know if rochester bantams have 2 equal bantam a teams or are they like an A1 and an A2

They are top 14 Ranked skaters on Rochester red, Rochester black has 14-28 Ranked skaters. Which based on population should be some good skaters.
I don't know this for a fact. I just know Rochester red is a lot better then the black team. Based on scores coming in.
