The Minnesota Sports Broadcast Network will have a full slate of games this winter season with the following games to be broadcast Dec 5th and 6th.

Some great games as we have rematches of both A and AA State Championship games. from last year. Plus Roseau and Warroad girls games versus Edina thrown in as well.

Holy Angels takes a 103 game Missota Conference unbeaten streak into the game. Holy Angels last conference loss was 2-1 in overtime at Red Wing on January 30, 2001.

MSBN will have the Roseau Rams season opener tonight versus Thief River Falls Prowlers live from the Roseau Memorial Ice Arena on MSBN Channel 2.

Vist www.mnsportsnetwork.com and go to channel 2 for tonight's live coverage to see how the Rams fare in their home opener for the 2008-2009 High School Hockey season.

Look for December games to be posted in next 24 hours with the Jan and Feb game scheduled to follow. Looks like a full plate of high school hockey for the 2008-2009 Season.

MSBN DECEMBER HOCKEY BROADCASTING SCHEDULE

The Minnesota Sports Broadcast Network announces today that more than 100 regular season girls and boys hockey games can be found on their network at www.mnsportsnetwork.com. These games can be listened to live, or following the event by accessing MSBN’s archives. Both live and archived games are streamed free of charge to the listener.

Included in the initial broadcast schedule are 50 high school boys’ and 12 high school girls’ hockey games in the twin cities metro area, and 45 Roseau Rams and Warroad Warriors boys’ and girls’ hockey games, thanks to a partnership agreement between MSBN and Border Broadcasting of Warroad.

MSBN will release the full hockey broadcast schedule on a month-by-month basis, with the December hockey broadcast schedule included. Highlight games featured include a rematch of both the Class “A” and “AA” state championship games on December 6 (Hill-Murray vs. Edina, Saint Thomas Academy vs. Duluth Marshall).

The Minnesota Sports Broadcast Network will be broadcasting the Minnetonka Skippers clash vs. the Saint Thomas Academy Cadets LIVE from Saint Thomas Ice Arena in Mendota Heights on Saturday, December 20 at 7:30 pm. The game can be heard by logging on to MSBN's website at www.mnsportsnetwork.com .

MSBN will also be broadcasting the Cretin-Derham Hall/STA hockey game on Monday, December 22, as well as Saint Thomas Academy's three Schwan's Cup games on December 29 and 30 and January 1.

Saint Thomas Academy versus Moorhead

Listen in to Saint Thomas Academy versus Moorhead on Dec 31st at 12:30 to this game as these two teams are coming in to this Schwans Cup Tournament game losing their last two games in the Schwans Cup.

Listen in to hear who can end their winless streak first as these two hockey teams play in the 7th and 8th place game at the Brooklyn Park Activity Center as part of the 2008 Schwans Cup.

Moorhead comes in to this game having been shutout in their last two Schwans Cup Games and one prior game before entering the Schwans Cup meanwhile Saint Thomas Academy has had two straight losses as well to tough oppenents.
