question about duluth east schedule

does anyone know why duluth east doesn't play duluth marshall? is it the same reason st. cloud tech refuses to play st. cloud cathedral? affraid of losing to a class A team? games like these are needed to prove who the best team in a multi-team city and great for hockey fans of their respective cities. marshall plays a hell of a schedule, and so does east...pretty poor that they do not play eachother unless i am blind and missing it on the schedule...if thats the case, sorry for wasting your time on this post.

Everyone knows East doesn't play the local Single A schools other than Denfeld and Central, which the school district requires. Marshall would love to play East (probably Hermantown too). But East doesn't want to. Settled.
