Thoughts, predictions, guys to watch?

Adam Krause leads the undefeated hawks into Virginia and comes away with another victory to improve to 8-0. Westin and Hendrickson are in for a long night.

6-2 Hawks.

Should be interesting to say the least. Hermantown hasn't really been challenged much this year, with only two games that were decided by two goals or less. Not sure if that will help or hurt the Hawks. Virginia has had a handful of one-goal games, including a 1-0 loss to Little Falls and a 2-1 win over Denfeld.

There is one common opponent already this year, that being Hopkins... Virginia won 5-4 and Hermantown won 6-4 with Hopkins scoring late goals against both of them to make the score closer.

Three of the last four times these two played it went into OT:
2007-08: Hermantown 4, Virginia 3 OT @ Hermantown
2006-07: Hermantown 4, Virginia 3 OT @ Virginia
2005-06: Hermantown 6, Virginia 0 @ Hermantown
2004-05: Virginia 6, Hermantown 5 OT @ Virginia

I think this will be another OT thriller. Since the game is in Virginia and it looks like its Virginia's turn to pull out an OT win, I'll take the Blue Devils 4-3 in OT.

After seeing a specialist today, he should be set to return in 4-5 weeks.
