What Edina and EP has is depth. They are all talented. Some players may be better than others, but not by much and they don't outshine each other. I can't speak for EP as much, but through the first 3 games(Tonka Tourney) every forward had scored for Edina. Sounds like EP has similar depth. Each line is very capable of scoring at any point in a game. There aren't any outcasts or weak players. Just what I have noticed through watching both teams.siouxhockey12 wrote:so ep and edina have some talented kids
If the topics asking for the best kids in Junior Gold A obviously most/all of the names are going to be coming from teams like Ep, Edina and Centennial. So if your just fishing to try to see if some no name player from a team like Hopkins will randomly post your name up here then maybe try starting a new topic called "Who are some of the Medicore/Pretty good Players for Junior Gold A, cas if your looking for the best Junior Gold A players, there all going to be coming from Ep, Edina and Centennial.downwithcloquet wrote:Ok I think everybody gets that EP and Edina are good now how about the rest of the state.

Can't place Duluth in the same group as those teams until they beat them or put up a good fight. The Wayzata tourney will show a lot.Duluth 4 wrote:Duluth.burrito1313 wrote:If the topics asking for the best kids in Junior Gold A obviously most/all of the names are going to be coming from teams like Ep, Edina and Centennial. We had 2 practices before that tournament and had a decent tourney, wait until Wayzata and you will indeed see that win.Duluth 4 wrote:Duluth.burrito1313 wrote: If the topics asking for the best kids in Junior Gold A obviously most/all of the names are going to be coming from teams like Ep, Edina and Centennial. Fair enough. Only time will tell. I know Duluth has a good program but the 3 afore mentioned teams are the best of the best as of now. Edina hasn't lost a game and has been held to 4 goals once but other than that they have scored 5 or more in every game and haven't let more than 3 goals in during a game yet either.Duluth 4 wrote:bardown30 wrote:I know what your going off of such as Minnetonka. Watching him play then watching the wayzata varsity play I thought he would have easily been a contributor on varsity.patrick star wrote:Day didnt play varsity he played 2 years of jv and he was a bubble player this year during varsity tryouts he just decided he wanted to play JGA
yeah he had a chance to make it but he bailed during tryouts and decided to play jga. varsity and jga are two completely games and day has more friends on jga than on the varsity team so he decided to have fun instead of try to make the best team possible. good deal for wayzata jga he is gooddownwithcloquet wrote:Watching him play then watching the wayzata varsity play I thought he would have easily been a contributor on varsity.patrick star wrote:Day didnt play varsity he played 2 years of jv and he was a bubble player this year during varsity tryouts he just decided he wanted to play JGA
